Authenticity Policy

At LeftyPearl Boutique, we are committed to ensuring that all of our designer merchandise is 100% authentic. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit items. All of our merchandise is pre-screened and examined in detail in order to guarantee authenticity. In the event that the authenticity of an item is disputed, we will take additional steps with specific merchandise experts to further examine the item.

Terms of Sale

LeftyPearl guarantees the authenticity of every item we sell.  Please view all photos as they are an important part of the item description, pay close attention to all measurements as designer sizing can vary and view our condition information prior to making a purchase. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Due to the pre-owned nature of our merchandise we do not accept returns for any reason.  If you feel that you have received an item that is not as described, you must contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT at lefty@leftypearl.com to obtain return authorization. Any item approved for return other than for an item that is not as described will incur a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR SIZING IN DIFFERENT STYLES, AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS NOT FITTING.

All of our sales are final.  There are no refunds, returns or exchanges.

Payments and Ordering

Our check out process is straight forward and secure. LeftyPearl uses online secure check out to protect your credit card information.  We accept Visa, MC, Discover,  and American Express.

Shipping

Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery.  Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment and are shipped via USPS.  We charge a flat rate of $10 for US Priority mail on all orders no matter how many items are in your order. Free Shipping for all domestic orders over $100.  We offer the option to upgrade your shipping.  See shipping upgrade options during checkout.  For insurance reasons, a signature is required for all shipments.

Items Damaged in Shipping

LeftyPearl is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. However, all packages are insured. If your item is damaged, please hold onto the original packaging and immediately e-mail us at lefty@leftypearl.com. This also applies to overdue deliveries. In both cases we will contact the carrier on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once the carrier has approved and paid the claim to LeftyPearl we will forward a check or refund for your costs.

Tracking your order:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that provides a USPS tracking number. This permits you to track your package online.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We will only ship to matching billing and shipping addresses.

Item Descriptions

Items are described as accurately and specifically as possible. If you are unsure of or would like more information on the condition of any item, please feel free to email lefty@leftypearl.com. We are happy to help in any way we can by providing additional photos of the item.

Brand New With Tags: This item appears to be brand new and has never been worn. It is accompanied by a tag, authenticity card, or an original box.

Like New: This item appears to have been opened and may not have the tag still attached, but appears nearly unused and is in excellent condition.

Excellent Condition: This item has been worn but shows no signs of significant wear.

Very good: This item has been worn multiple times and shows some general signs of wear.
